One of my good friends told me that my articles lack sense. They don’t have a single underlying structure and they don’t stick to a single topic. So I am sitting here trying to write something to make a sense out of and then I think what sense is really. Is anyone really sensible out here? Is being a conformist a sensibility? Doing things because everyone is doing it, how can it be sensible? Isn’t it opposite of sensibility? Think of 1600s when church had a hold over society and that was a dangerous times for an extraordinary mind to express themselves, personalities like Nostradamus had to write his visions in form of nostradamian French. (Imagine the guy had to create his own language)He took the advice of Mahavir Buddha of living on middle path way literally!!Anyway I think it is possible that he is just some dude from our future who went into our past making our present more mysterious than it already is. I think sensibility like many other words which have forgotten their origin I.e. instead of helping to understand one another it has tricked us into believing that there is one consciousness of whole human kind. Like our numbers on this planet is some sort of continuous random variable or we are an uncountable noun like oil. No we are not 1.5 or 1.6; we are one person or two persons. We are individuals. That is what our forefathers have been trying to tell through monarchy and dictatorship. We can succeed if we can find the insanity in this heap of sanity. Future success of the companies in this globe is dependent on this fact only. A very good example of this strategy is a movie
Dev D directed by Anurag Kashyap. This movie is made exclusively for multiplex audience who have climbed up on the ladder of Maslow’s hierarchy. They are not satisfied by cheap thrills of hero hitting the villain. They do not want this sensibility. They want something insane like hero and villain in one character. They want to mix it up baby. I am looking forward to the future where a movie is made specifically for one person. No matter how insane this sound but future is
mass customization.
